Key Responsibilities
· Drive sales and achieve assigned targets for GI and Powder Coating products
· Identify and develop new customers across fabricators, job coaters, OEMs, and industrial units
· Conduct regular field visits for customer engagement, product trials, and relationship building
· Support product demonstrations, shade approvals, and application-related discussions
· Work closely with senior sales team members to execute territory plans and expand market reach
· Coordinate with technical/application teams for successful product trials and conversions
· Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
· Ensure timely collections and maintain discipline on receivables
