Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Partnership

 

· Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.

 

· Support organizational change initiatives and drive cultural alignment.

 

· Facilitate succession planning, talent reviews, and career development.

 

2. Performance Management

 

· Support implementation of the performance appraisal process.

 

· Coach managers on setting goals, delivering feedback, and managing performance issues.

 

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

 

· Drive employee engagement initiatives based on feedback and surveys.

 

· Act as a cultural steward and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) values.

 

4. Employee Relations

 

· Provide guidance on conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

 

· Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

 

6. Data-Driven HR

 

· Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders for better decision-making.

 

· Monitor attrition trends and recommend retention strategies.

 

7. Policy Implementation

 

· Ensure effective communication and execution of HR policies and procedures.

 

· Partner with compliance and legal teams for regulatory updates.

 

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

· Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) are a plus.
