· Candidates with shorter stints of 1-1.5 years in a single organization should be willing to join between 15-20%hike
· Candidates who have a tenure of 3-4 years with all proper appraisal papers may be considered for 25% hike provided they suffice to all norms.
· Candidates who are unemployed for 4-6 months may not expect any or minimum 5% hike_
