Job Summary

We seek an experienced Techno‑Functional Business Analyst to own end‑to‑end change delivery for the Liabilities Operations portfolio, with primary focus on FlexCube. The role spans business requirements, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and production support, working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and the Core Banking team. This is a Sr. Mgr. - AVP position.

Key Responsibilities

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; maintain traceability from requirements to test cases and releases.

· Partner with product/business owners, operations, InfoSec, compliance, and CBS teams to design target processes and solution architecture.

· Coordinate with vendors for configuration, customization, and integration; ensure changes align with IT controls and audit expectations.

· Plan and execute SIT/UAT; manage defects, regression, and release readiness; prepare runbooks and rollout plans.

· Ensure regulatory, risk, and compliance obligations are met; maintain process and configuration documentation.

· Perform application configuration/parameterization and data validations; write/execute SQL for analysis and reconciliation.

· Map interfaces (APIs/files) with CBS/FlexCube and adjacent systems; define field-level transformations and error handling.

· Design test scenarios including edge cases; automate test data creation where feasible; support migration and cutover.

· Provide L3 support and root-cause analysis for production incidents; drive permanent fixes and knowledge base updates.

· For Oracle FlexCube: manage parameterization, product/charge setups, and downstream interfaces; ensure upgrade readiness and regression coverage.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong business analysis, process modelling (BPMN), and documentation skills (BRD/FRD, user stories).

· Hands‑on with test management and defect tracking tools; writing test cases and acceptance criteria.

· SQL/PL‑SQL for data analysis and reconciliation; Excel advanced functions; basic scripting for data preparation.

· Experience working with vendors and cross‑functional teams; clear communication and stakeholder management.

· Understanding of IT controls, audit, InfoSec, and regulatory compliance in banking.

· Exposure to Oracle FlexCube UBS (parameterization, product setup, interfaces, upgrades).

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. MBA preferred for senior roles.

· Overall 6–10 years for Sr. BA; 3–6 years for BA; hands‑on techno‑functional experience in banking.

· Grade: Sr. Mgr. - AVP.

Key Performance Indicators

· On‑time delivery vs. plan; defect escape rate; UAT pass rate.

· Production incident MTTR and recurrence prevention.

· Stakeholder satisfaction and adoption metrics.

· Regulatory/audit compliance with no major observations.
