Job Description: Operation Executive (OE)
Location: Banking Unit (BU)
Position Summary:
The Operation Executive (OE) is responsible for managing daily transaction operations within the
Banking Unit office. This role involves handling cash operations, maintaining critical registers,
supporting customer service functions, and ensuring smooth processing of loan and account activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out all daily transaction operations at the BU office efficiently and accurately.
• Withdraw cash from the vault to initiate daily operations.
• Maintain comprehensive records including:
• Vault Register
• Cash Balance Register
• Key Movement Register
• Cashbook
• Denomination Register
• Cash Remittance Register
• Create awareness and provide product information to customers visiting the BU.
• Handle customer deposits and withdrawals securely and promptly.
• Facilitate the account opening process, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
• Guide and assist the Relationship Officer (RO) of the BU for smooth and effective operations.
• Verify borrower details provided in loan applications by making telephonic inquiries before loan
disbursement.
• Post loans accurately in the system.
• Apply TVD (Tele Verification Done) stamp on loan forms as proof of telephonic verification.
• Maintain and manage records of Credit Bureau reports for each customer.

Criteria
- Must have at least 0-2 years of cash handling experience or having experience working as Cashier/Teller or working in similar profile.
- Immediate joiners preferred or notice period less than 30 days.
- Minimum 12th Pass or graduate preferred.
- Can relocate as per bank's requirement.
