Job Description:

Role: Trade Acquisition Manager (TAM)

• Candidates must be currently handling Trade in their organization.
• Target candidates from Emerging Trade (ETRG) and Transaction Banking.
• Preferred candidates with current CTC in the range of 7–8 LPA.

CTC Bracket to offer:

• INR 9 to 12 LPA

Candidate Requirements:

• Source candidates strictly as per the Job Description.
• Candidates must be in formal attire.
• Candidates must carry the following documents:
  • Resume
  • PAN Card
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Payslips
  • Increment Letter / Offer Letter
  • Educational Documents
• Should have decent communication skills and a presentable personality.
• We can offer a 25% to 30% hike to currently working candidates.

Do Not Line Up Candidates Who:

• Have been unemployed for more than 6 months
• Have a history of frequent job changes (tenure of 6–8 months in multiple roles)
