Responsible for acquiring and managing clients in the Healthcare and Education sectors, including hospitals, clinics, schools, colleges, and other institutions. The role involves driving business growth through banking product sales, relationship management, and portfolio quality maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new Healthcare & Education clients and build strong business relationships.
- Offer banking solutions such as working capital, term loans, CMS, trade finance, and digital banking products.
- Manage and grow existing client portfolio to increase revenue and cross-sell opportunities.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth onboarding and servicing.
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–10 years of banking relationship management experience.
- Experience in Healthcare/Education client handling preferred.
