Dear Team,

We are organizing a hiring drive on 29th May 2026 (Friday) for the following branches:
Udaipur Branch, Johari Bazar Branch, Raja Park Branch, Vidyadhar Nagar Branch, and Kota Branch.

We request you to start sharing relevant candidate profiles who meet our requirements and criteria.

⚠️ Important Note:
Please do not commit any CTC range or percentage hike to candidates, as this may lead to misaligned expectations.

1) Raja Park & Vidyadhar Nagar Branch

a) Relationship Manager – Premium Accounts (Fresher)

• Grade: Trainee
• CTC: ₹2.44 LPA – ₹3 LPA

b) Relationship Manager – Premium Accounts (2–6 Years)

• 2–2.5 years: Grade – AM | CTC up to ₹4.50 LPA
• 3–6 years: Grade – DM | CTC up to ₹5.25 LPA
• ❗ No scope for negotiation

2) Kota Branch

a) SDA (Teller – Fresher)

• Grade: Trainee
• CTC: ₹2.44 LPA – ₹3 LPA

b) SDA (Teller – 1–6 Years)

• 1–2 years: Grade – Officer / AM | CTC up to ₹4 – ₹4.50 LPA
• 2–6 years: Grade – AM / DM | CTC up to ₹5.25 LPA

3) Udaipur Branch

a) Relationship Manager – Premium Accounts (Fresher)

• Grade: Trainee
• CTC: ₹2.44 LPA – ₹3 LPA

b) Relationship Manager – Premium Accounts (2–6 Years)

• 2–2.5 years: Grade – AM | CTC up to ₹4.50 LPA
• 3–6 years: Grade – DM | CTC up to ₹5.25 LPA

c) RM – Aspire (1–6 Years)

• Grade and CTC will be aligned as per the above experience brackets

Additional Guidelines

• Please prioritize candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days
• Avoid candidates with career gaps exceeding 3–4 months
• Candidates from NBFC, Insurance, or other sectors who are keen to build a career in Banking and are open to sales roles are encouraged
