Job Title: Oracle OFSAA FTP, PFT Application Technical/Functional Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for an OFSAA FTP, PFT (Funds Transfer Pricing) AM /SM with 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess good expertise in implementing, configuring, and managing Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) with a focus on Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), PFT Processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and IT departments to ensure effective deployment, customization, and optimisation of the OFSAA FTP, PFT, PFT modules for better financial risk and profitability analysis.

1. • Key Responsibilities:
   • Assist in the implementation and customization of the OFSAA Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP, PFT) module to meet the bank's financial modelling and profitability analysis needs.
   • Collaborate with senior managers, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with FTP models.
   • Configure and maintain FTP rules, assumptions, and methodologies, such as liquidity premiums and matched maturity.
   • Support the analysis of data and assist in the development of transfer pricing methodologies for balance sheet management.
   • Ensure accurate data integration and quality within the OFSAA FTP, PFT module.
   • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide support.
   • Generate and maintain reports and dashboards related to FTP outcomes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for internal use.
   • Collaborate with senior team members to provide guidance on best practices for FTP processes.
   • Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest OFSAA functionalities and industry trends.
   • Engage with Oracle support for resolving technical issues.
   • Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations and functionality.
   • Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase to ensure a high-quality implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, BE/B-Tech MCA, MBA, Cost Accounting,
• 3 to 10 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst, specifically in Oracle OFSSA implementation/support projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 to 10 years of hands-on experience with OFSAA, specifically the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) module.
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of FTP principles and methodologies, including interest rate risk management and internal funds pricing.
• Basic knowledge of financial modeling, profitability analysis, and balance sheet management.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services industries is preferred.
