Profile Summary: The position will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing high-performing sales teams and channel network across multiple regions and logistics and depot management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement national sales strategies, annual business plans, and revenue forecasts aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee the performance of dealer, distributor, and reseller networks to ensure broad market reach.
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in retail and industrial segments
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders like architects and contractors.
• Manage the national sales budget, pricing structures, and credit control (timely collections).
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Mentor and lead a nationwide sales team, setting performance goals, providing regular feedback and ensuring their developments
