Job Description

Profile Summary: The position will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing high-performing sales teams and channel network across multiple regions and logistics and depot management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement national sales strategies, annual business plans, and revenue forecasts aligned with company objectives.

Oversee the performance of dealer, distributor, and reseller networks to ensure broad market reach.

Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in retail and industrial segments

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders like architects and contractors.

Manage the national sales budget, pricing structures, and credit control (timely collections).

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Mentor and lead a nationwide sales team, setting performance goals, providing regular feedback and ensuring their developments

Logistics & depot management

Material forecast and demand planning in coordination with production team.
