Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented professional to lead showroom operations, drive sales performance, and spearhead business development initiatives for the brand. The ideal candidate should possess strong luxury retail sales exposure, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to contribute strategically toward brand growth and market expansion.

The role requires a blend of showroom management, client servicing, team handling, and business development capabilities to strengthen the brand’s presence and revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Sales & Customer Experience

• Drive showroom sales and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Deliver exceptional customer experience to high-value and premium clientele.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Handle customer queries, product presentations, and personalised jewellery consultations.

• Ensure effective visual merchandising and premium showroom presentation standards.

 

Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities to expand customer base and brand visibility.

• Develop strategic partnerships with influencers, boutiques, wedding planners, stylists, and premium client networks.

• Plan and execute exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to enhance sales.

• Support expansion initiatives, market penetration, and brand positioning activities.

• Explore opportunities in institutional, gifting, festive, and occasion-based jewellery segments.

Operations & Team Management

• Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Lead, motivate, and supervise showroom staff to achieve sales excellence.

• Monitor inventory movement, stock availability, and coordination with internal teams.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational processes, and customer service standards.

• Prepare sales reports, customer insights, and business performance updates for management.

 

Brand Building

• Represent the brand professionally and uphold its premium image.

• Contribute ideas for product positioning, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives.

• Maintain awareness of jewellery market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.

• 5–10 years of experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, lifestyle brands, or premium showroom sales.

• Strong exposure to showroom management and business development activities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer relationship management and sales closing ability.

• Well-groomed, polished, and customer-centric personality.

• Experience in designer jewellery or premium/luxury retail brands will be preferred.
