Job Purpose / Summary:
The Portfolio Executive – ABG will be responsible for supporting for portfolio compliance, monitoring and growth in alignment with organizational objectives. This role also includes accountability for the timely resolution of customer grievances and complaints, ensuring a high standard of customer experience and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Monitoring & Improvement
· Analyze existing processes with a focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
· Identify opportunities for enhancements in current processes, policies, and operational frameworks.
- Governance: Audit, Risk Management & Compliance
· Conduct regular monitoring and updates of all customer-facing information, including contracts, documents, website content, and related materials.
· Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
· Support risk management initiatives and compliance reviews.
- Customer Experience
· Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and grievances.
· Drive initiatives aimed at improving overall customer experience.
· Manage timely communication and necessary modifications to customer-facing materials in line with business or regulatory requirements.
Experience / Skillset Required:
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate Degree in Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in Retail Asset Operations, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, Customer Service, or Banking Operations preferred.
Technical & Overall Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong MIS and analytical capabilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
