Job Role : Supply Chain Officer

• Collecting and Preparing monthly sales demand materials list for production plants (MFGs)
• Actively follow up on urgent SKUs for the sales team, ensuring timely updates from the production, filling, and dispatch teams
• Proactively highlighting Raw Material Shortages & production bottlenecks to avoid delay in delivery as per customer’s schedules.
• Following up with the R&D Team for releasing the FBB / long holding QC SKUs to increase production compliance.
• Major SKUs tracking on a weekly basis to update sales team.
• Closely monitoring & facilitating for reducing SMNM SKUs at depot.
• Actively monitoring & providing the timely requisitions for the leftover / small excess produced materials to factories, which minimises the non-moving generations at factory.
• Specially focusing on production of newly developed FBB batches at Howrah Mfg (SOD), which help to generate additional business for our division.
