We are looking for a candidate with 2-6 years of experience in Credit underwriting/Credit Risk preferably in MSME/Microfinance/Business loan (small ticket size) segment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Preparation and submission of portfolio monitoring reports along with various analytical reports to TL or Head-CR
· Preparation of deep-dive quality risk analysis to TL or Head CR or CRO or respective Management Committee
· Ensuring quality submissions of reports/frameworks/specific monitoring analysis to respective Management Committee
· Behavioral/Trend/Industry Analysis of respective portfolio & probabilistic model building to project the behaviour of a particular portfolio and overall advance book of the Bank
· Validation of Risk Models and Rating models
· Vetting of newly introduced products and policies by providing risk observations and risk assessment of modifications / changes in credit parameters for existing products.
· Ensuring adherence to various policies and annual review and monitoring of credit risk related policies including any framework for improvement of credit risk
· Ensuring compliance by catering to ad-hoc data request towards other teams or any ad-hoc regulatory data requirements.
Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:
· Relevant Job Experience- 2 years or more of experience preferably in Credit underwriting/Credit Risk (MSME/Microfinance/Business loan - small ticket size segment)
· Skills and Competencies-
o Proficiency in Data Analytics/MIS
o Advanced MS-office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) knowledge is required
o Proficiency in SQL/R/Python (atleast one) is preferred
o Proactive problem solver with excellent analytical skills
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
