As discussed, please source profiles for the Relationship Manager for the below mentioned locations. Enclosed JD for your reference. Kindly consider the following before sharing any profile:

· Candidates with shorter stints of 1-1.5 years in a single organization should be willing to join between 15-20%hike.

· Candidates who have a tenure of 3-4 years with all proper appraisal papers may be considered for 25-30% hike provided they suffice to all norms.

· Candidates who are unemployed for 4-6 months may not expect any or minimum 5% hike.

· Kindly refrain from sharing any profile whose CIBIL score is below 650, has a loan with Bandhan(direct/as a guarantor), has a business loan/KCC (any form).

· Candidates have to be local and must meet minimum corporate standard. Relocation is not encouraged.

· Candidate must have 2-wheeler and Driving License.
