CTC: Max upto 25 Lakhs

Preferred candidates specially into H.O. role taking care of Product and Portfolio for Wholesale or Commercial Banking.

Job Purpose / Summary:

Working in the business strategy team towards the strategic planning, project management and cooperating closely with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver key strategic business goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements, formulate data warehouse / business intelligence solutions and alternatives
• Build predictive models and analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
• Provide assistance with resolution of technical issues and requirements impacting business services
• Designing data marts / data warehousing requirements to strengthen the data warehouse of the division
• Driving and overseeing the progress of multiple key strategic projects
• Defining problems and strategic solutions - scoping, analysing, preparing and presenting strategy checks
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Business Heads, Financial & Accounts (F&A), Business Intelligence Unit (BIU), IT, Operations, Risk, etc.
• Track industry and competition for product benchmarking and evolving trends
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to propose new functionality, feature, product or services

Key Skill sets Required:

• Strategic Thinking / Problem-solving aptitude
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of R, SQL, Python or Tableau will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
