Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business Leadership

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Monitor sales performance through KPIs and business analytics.

 

4. Financial Management

  • Drive business profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and operational expenditures.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure achievement of business objectives and financial targets.

5. Business Development & Innovation

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
  • Lead initiatives focused on innovation, product enhancement, and business expansion.
  • Evaluate and implement growth strategies that improve market share and competitive positioning.

6. Regulatory Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
  • Implement robust internal controls, policies, and risk management practices.
  • Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethical business conduct.

7. Marketing & Brand Development

  • Work closely with marketing teams to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business growth.
