JD for HR Manager
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and recruitment across various functions across Kolkata & Hyderabad.
- Oversee HR Operations including on boarding, employee documentation, confirmations, exits, and employee lifecycle management.
- Handle Employee Relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving grievances, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Manage Payroll Processing & Attendance Management while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, and other labour law regulations.
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.
- Prepare and analyse HR MIS Reports, workforce data, and HR dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Utilize Advanced Microsoft Excel for HR analytics, reporting, and data management.
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand manpower requirements and support organizational growth.
- Maintain HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Job Location: Kolkata
Salary: 3.5-4.5L CTC pa + other performance incentives
Experience: Min 2+ yrs. in F&B – QSR industry
