Job Description
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Central Kitchen.
  • Oversee the preparation and production of dips, sauces, dressings, smoothie mixes, spreads, sandwich fillings, and other standardized food preparations.
  • Develop and standardize recipes, production processes, and batch preparation methods to ensure consistency across all outlets.
  • Monitor food quality, taste, presentation, and portion standards.
  • Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and HACCP practices.
  • Manage production planning based on outlet demand forecasts and sales trends.
  • Optimize food cost, yield management, wastage control, and raw material utilization.
  • Supervise procurement requirements and coordinate with supply chain and purchasing teams.
  • Conduct inventory management, stock control, and production audits to minimize losses.
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams on SOPs, quality standards, and operational excellence.
