- Deliver training programs on SOPs, customer service, food safety, hygiene standards, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps across teams.
- Develop and update training materials, evaluation materials, manuals, presentations, and learning modules.
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions to maintain service and operational standards.
- Monitor employee performance post-training and provide coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Operations and HR teams to plan and execute training calendars.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and performance reports.
- Support new outlet launches by training and certifying team members before store openings.
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and training documentation.
Job Location: Kolkata, might need to travel to Hyderabad for 2-3 weeks per quarter.
Salary: 3-4L CTC pa + other performance incentives
Experience: Min 2+ yrs. in F&B – QSR industry
