Drive business growth and achieve sales targets along with collection from regular to SMA (Non-NPA) within assigned geographical areas by leading and motivating a team of Relationship Managers, building customer relationships, and developing effective sales and collection strategies for small business loans.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Having a strong understanding of loan products, CC / OD, business loans, and guiding the team on product features and benefits.
- To drive individual targets for self & team.
- Analyse local market trends, competitive landscape, and customers' needs to develop effective growth and collection strategies.
- Regularly evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve individual and team results.
- Responsible for the timely & accurate submission of daily, weekly & monthly reporting.
- Work closely with departments, such as Branch Banking, Credit, Collection, Operations & Legal etc.
- Meet with customers, attend industry events, or travel to different locations within the assigned area.
- To resolve queries & grievances of the customers.
Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate
- Relevant Job Experience: 5-10 years or more of exposure in the banking or financial industry with expertise in Unsecured/Secured Business Loan/LAP, knowledge of CC/OD and team management. Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of Relationship Managers.
- Functional Skills: Having sound knowledge of Unsecured/Secured Business Loan Product only. Handling a team size of 5+.
