Qualifications

• Educational Requirement:
  • Minimum: Graduate in any discipline (e.g., B.A., B.Com., BBA, etc.)
• Experience:
  • Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to travel locally may also be considered.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of home loan products and lending processes
  • Familiarity with local geography and customer segments
  • Proficiency in local language(s) is an advantage
  • Must be able to ride a two-wheeler for field visits

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sourcing
   • Source Micro Home Loans and small-ticket Loans Against Property (LAP) up to ₹10 lakhs
   • Promote focused loan products such as Subhash Saral and Suniwash
   • Build a strong local network and generate leads through field visits, community outreach, and referrals
2. Product Promotion & Customer Engagement
   • Educate potential borrowers, especially in the affordable housing segment, about loan products and eligibility
   • Conduct preliminary financial assessments and recommend appropriate loan options
3. Documentation & Loan Processing
   • Collect, verify, and process all required documents for loan applications
   • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
4. Legal & Technical Coordination
   • Liaise with empanelled legal professionals for property search reports and legal verification
   • Coordinate with authorized valuers for property inspections and technical appraisals
5. Loan Disbursement Coordination
   • Work with the Asset Centre team to facilitate timely loan disbursements
   • Resolve issues related to documentation, legal, or technical compliance
