Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead Greenfield & Brownfield projects, plant expansion, and modernization initiatives.
✔ Drive production excellence across Iron Making, Steel Melting, Rolling Mills, and allied operations.
✔ Champion Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and digital transformation initiatives.
✔ Ensure world-class quality standards, operational efficiency, and sustainable manufacturing practices.
✔ Build and lead high-performing technical teams while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 18–25 years of experience in integrated steel manufacturing.
• Strong leadership experience in both Projects and Production.
• Expertise in Steel Melting Shop (SMS), Rolling Mills, Billets, TMT, Structural Steel, plant commissioning, modernization, and operational excellence.
• B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Metallurgy, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
