Job Description
1. HR Strategy: Own manpower planning, org design, and HR budgeting for all locations
2. Industrial Relations: Manage labor, grievances, and maintain zero man-days loss
3. Talent Acquisition: Lead hiring for plants + head office; build campus for factory - level pipelines
4. Compliance: Ensure 100% statutory compliance – Factories Act, Labour Codes, PF, ESI, CLRA across plants
5. Performance Review: Drive PMS, KRA setting, and productivity-linked compensation for workers & staff
6. Learning & Development: Implement technical, safety, and leadership training; build skill matrix for plants
7. Policy & Digitization: Standardize HR policies/SOPs; digitize attendance, payroll, HRIS for remote plants
8. Employee Engagement: Run welfare, retention, and engagement programs for plant workforce
9. Safety & POSH: Partner with EHS for safety culture, POSH compliance, and wellness initiatives
10. Team Leadership: Lead the HR vertical; provide HR analytics and MIS to CEO/Plant Heads
