Job Description:

• Conduct audits of gold loan portfolios ensuring policy and regulatory compliance
• Perform gold valuation (weight, purity) and detect spurious quality
• Audit documentation, KYC, cash, and reconciliation records
• Inspect branch operations, safety, and controls
• Identify discrepancies/fraud and report findings
• Track closure of audit observations and ensure compliance
• Plan audit schedules and travel across locations
• Recommend process improvements

Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years’ experience in Gold Loan Audit (mandatory)
• Strong gold valuation and audit knowledge
• Proficient in Hindi & English; local language preferred
• Willing to travel PAN India and relocate if required
• Strong analytical skills and integrity
