Dear Partner,

Please be informed that we are organizing a Hiring Drive for the RMPA role for our upcoming branches hiring requirements on 4 July 2026 at the venues mentioned below. The drive will be conducted from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Kindly note that it is mandatory for every vendor to scan the provided QR code and upload the respective candidate details. We will source candidate information only through the QR code submission, and no email requests will be entertained. Candidate ownership and credit will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the details received through the QR code.

Budget for RMPA Role: INR 5.25 LPA at the Deputy Manager grade.

We can also hire graduate candidates who passed out in 2024, 2025, or 2026 with no prior work experience, and can offer INR 3.0 LPA at the Trainee grade.

Candidate Requirements

  • Source candidates strictly as per the attached JD.
  • Candidates must be dressed in formal attire.
  • Candidates must carry an updated resume.
  • Candidates should belong to the nearby catchment areas of the branches mentioned below.
  • Candidates must possess decent communication skills and a presentable demeanor.
  • For currently employed candidates, we can offer a salary hike of 25% to 30%.

Do Not Line Up Candidates Who:

  • Have been unemployed for more than 6 months.
  • Have a history of frequent job changes (tenure of 6–8 months in previous roles).
