Job Title- Logistics Manager

Location-Head Office- Kolkata

Key Responsibilities-

• Outbound Road Logistics Movement:

1. Oversee end to end outbound logistics operations across regional & national routes.
2. Ensure timely & cost-effective delivery to retail outlets & customers.

• Strategic planning & Execution:

1. Develop & implement Short- & long-term logistics strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Forecast demand and align logistics capacity to support retail expansion.

• Vendor Development & Management:

1. Evaluate, onboard, and manage logistics partners and transport vendors.
2. Negotiate contract and ensure service level compliance.

Desired skills & Experience-

• Proven experience in logistics leadership, from paints sector.
• Strong understanding of outbound road transportation network and cost structure
• Knowledge in vendor management & contract negotiation
• Familiarity with logistics automation tools and digital platform (hands on experience in SAP is mandatory).

CTC- Max we can offer upto 11-12 Lacs ( so share cvs accordingly)

Experience- minimum 6+ years
