Job Purpose
The Executive Assistant (EA) will act as a strategic, technical, and operational partner to the executive leadership team. Leveraging a strong mechanical engineering background, the EA will bridge the gap between corporate strategy, plant operations, and international business expansion. This role requires an analytical, tech-savvy professional capable of managing global business communications and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Operations & Plant Synergy
· Operational Oversight: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across manufacturing facilities to ensure optimal production efficiency.
· Technical Liaison: Translate complex mechanical and engineering data from plant teams into clear executive summaries for leadership.
· Project Tracking: Track milestones for plant upgrades, machinery procurement, and supply chain expansion.
· Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven workflows to streamline manufacturing output.
2. International Business & Global Trade
· Cross-Border Coordination: Assist in managing relationships with international clients, global vendors, and overseas supply chain partners.
· Market Intelligence: Conduct research on foreign market trends, regulatory compliance, and import/export dynamics in the chemical/surfactant sector.
· Global Communication: Draft, review, and manage high-stakes international business correspondence, contracts, and proposals.
3. Technological Advancement & Data Analytics
· System Modernization: Champion the adoption of modern project management tools, ERP modules, and automation software within the executive office.
· Advanced Analytics: Build and maintain operational dashboards, financial models, and forecasting sheets using advanced data tools.
· Tech-Driven Reporting: Prepare highly visual, data-rich presentations for board meetings and international stakeholder reviews.
Required Candidate Profile
· Core Education: Must hold a B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
· Industry Background: Proven experience working within a Manufacturing, Chemical, or heavy engineering company.
· Global Acumen: Solid understanding of international business operations, shipping/incoterms, or global supply chains.
· Tech Stack: Highly proficient in modern tech tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, Slack, Trello, or MS Project).
Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, sharp business acumen, and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
