Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's complete IT infrastructure, ensuring high system availability and performance.
- Design, implement, and periodically review IT policies, cybersecurity policies, and data protection standards.
- Provide efficient IT support to all end users and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Administer servers, operating systems, user accounts, network devices, and enterprise applications.
- Oversee hardware, software, networking, and system troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain IT asset and inventory records, including procurement, warranty, and lifecycle management.
- Identify opportunities for IT modernization, automation, and digital transformation across manufacturing and business operations.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, AI tools, and emerging IT solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
- Manage IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish procurement SOPs to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for internal IT services.
- Prepare, monitor, and control the annual IT budget and optimize IT expenditure.
- Ensure regular system backups, disaster recovery preparedness, and business continuity measures.
- Lead IT projects, coordinate cross-functional implementations, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct user training programs and enhance digital adoption across departments.
- Mentor and develop the IT team while promoting continuous learning and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunication, or related discipline. Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 7–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Hardware & Networking, Digital Transformation, and IT Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux Server Administration, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise networking.
- Hands-on experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, backup solutions, and IT governance.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), automation tools, and digital transformation initiatives will be preferred.
- Experience in IT budgeting, vendor management, procurement, and asset lifecycle management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities with a customer-centric approach.
