Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding Berger's Powder Coatings business by developing industrial customers, strengthening the dealer network, and driving project sales within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales and profitability targets.
• Develop new industrial and OEM customers.
• Manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities across fabrication, engineering, appliances, furniture, electrical panels, and architectural segments.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions.
• Coordinate with Technical Service for successful customer trials.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
