Candidate Requirements

• Source candidates strictly as per the attached JD.
• Candidate must have minimum 2 years of work experience in sales profile after completion of graduation.

· We can also hire graduate candidates who passed out in 2024, 2025, or 2026 with no prior work experience (banking or non banking), and can offer INR 3.0 LPA at the Trainee grade.

• Must have good communication skills
• Candidates must be dressed in formal attire.
• Candidates must carry an updated resume.
• Candidates should belong to the nearby catchment areas of the branch
• Candidates must possess decent communication skills and a presentable demeanor.
• For currently employed candidates, we can offer a salary hike of 25% to 30%.

Do Not Line Up Candidates Who:

• Have been unemployed for more than 6 months.
• Have a history of frequent job changes (tenure of 6–8 months in previous roles).
