Budget:

RMPA Role: INR 5.25 LPA till Deputy Manager grade (50 openings)

Interview Location: RBL Bank Ground floor, B- 258, B Block, Sector 50, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201303

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must be dressed in formal attire.
• Can lineup candidates from banking as well as non banking sectors
• Candidates must carry an updated resume.
• Candidates should belong to the nearby catchment areas of the branches
• Candidates must possess decent communication skills and a presentable demeanor.
• For currently employed candidates, we can offer a salary hike of 25% to 30%.

Do Not Line Up Candidates Who:

• Have been unemployed for more than 6 months.
• Have a history of frequent job changes (tenure of 6–8 months in previous roles).
