Manager – Finance

Job Overview

Fogla Corp is looking for an experienced Manager/ Senior Manager – Finance to oversee key financial operations with strong expertise in Banking & Finance, Forex, Exports & Imports, Financial Reporting, Taxation and Statutory Compliances. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing and/or export-oriented businesses and be capable of independently managing critical finance activities while partnering closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage banking operations, cash flow, fund management, working capital and treasury activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Handle working capital facilities, LC, BG, trade finance and other banking arrangements.
• Manage foreign exchange transactions, forex exposure, hedging and currency-related risks.
• Oversee finance-related activities for exports and imports, including LC, bills, remittances and documentation.
• Ensure timely realisation of export proceeds and settlement of import payments.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, management reports, cash-flow statements and financial analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Oversee GST, TDS, income tax and other applicable taxation matters.
• Ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliances and coordinate with auditors, consultants and government authorities.
• Monitor changes in taxation, forex, banking and other financial regulations and ensure appropriate compliance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business and financial decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for improving financial controls, processes and cost efficiencies.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent; CA/CMA preferred.
• Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong hands-on experience in Banking, Treasury, Forex, Export-Import Finance, Financial Reporting, Taxation and Compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing/export-oriented organisations will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of working capital, trade finance and international transactions.
• Excellent analytical, financial management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Should be commercially astute, detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
