Job Purpose / Summary:

This position is responsible for Investigation along with root cause analysis of cases and identification of process gaps and accord subsequent recommendation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

ü Investigation of the referred cases / complaint received through different channels (Internal / External)

ü Publication of Investigation reports, tracker/MIS in accurate and under defined TAT.

ü RCA of cases and identification of process lapse, gaps, and recommend the workable / implementable process recommendation.

ü External Training and building of personal relationship with LEA’s.

Experience / Skillset / Certifications Required:

Educational Qualification- Graduate in any discipline

Relevant Job Experience- Experience in Asset products

Skills and Competencies-

• Experience in investigation.
• End to end knowledge in managing the investigation process.
• Good at written and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and data presentation.
