JD for Regional Manager- Loan Sanctioning (RM)_LS)

· To report directly to the Circle Credit Managers and will be placed at the regional level.

· Making liaison between Loan Sanctioning Team (Group Loan and SBAL) in field and HO.

· Approval and recommendation of loans as per the program policy if required.

· Area surveys, cross checks of peer’s performance and negative area reviews on regular and timely basis with reporting to seniors and guiding the team and other departments on timely manner.

· Prepare and monitor action plan for high-risk Business Units, staff with low performances etc.

· Be aware of market trends and activities of competition and suggest for adoption of best practices in the industry from time to time.

· Proactive engagement with Business and Collection teams to ensure necessary actions are taken.

· Escalate field issues and ensure actions are taken on timely basis

· Ensure adherence to training man days / mandatory training programmes for self and field staff down the line.

· Credit administration and management of staff reporting to him by consistent guidance, orientation, training and monitoring.

· Ensure that Bank policies and guidelines are consistently & strictly followed under his/her area.

· Ensuring Audit compliance within the time frame.

· Visiting field and Monitoring to LSO/LSA/AM area based on control report and audit finding as per requirement.

· Provide administrative and infrastructural support to Sanctioning area.

· Manpower planning and recruitment and transfer under his/her area highlighted to senior/team.

· Monitoring and consolidating various data received from AM_LS as per requirement

· CTC range - Upto 20 LPA
