We are initiating a critical hiring drive to support the immediate expansion of our Agency and Broking channels across multiple locations in Mumbai. Given the strategic priority and tight onboarding timelines for these mandates, we require your focused support to ensure high-quality screening and faster candidate closures.

Mandate Overview

· Channels: Agency Channel & Broking Channel

· Locations: Mumbai (Central, Western and Harbour lines) nearest branches.

· Target Profiles: Candidates with proven track records in agent recruitment/activation, partner management, broker relations, and driving retail/commercial insurance volumes.

· Experience Range: 1 to 8 years.

Role Requirements & Screening Guidelines

· Agency Channel: Strong local network, hands-on experience in recruiting and activating life/general insurance advisors, and consistent history of target achievement or Any field sales experience.

· Broking Channel: Existing relationships with key insurance brokers, corporate agents, and point-of-sale persons (POSPs), with deep knowledge of partner compliance and portfolio servicing.

· Stability & Communication: Minimum 1–2 years of stability in recent roles with clear, professional articulation and local market familiarity.

Process Expectations for Fast-Track Closure

· Pre-Screening: Ensure all candidates are thoroughly vetted for Job roles, current CTC breakup, notice period (immediate to 30//45 days preferred), and Walk-in interview availability.
