Kindly source profiles for the Relationship Manager for the below mentioned locations only with the mentioned compensation.

Enclosed JD for your reference. Kindly consider the following before sharing any profile:

· Candidates with shorter stints of 1-1.5 years in a single organization should be willing to join between 10-20%hike

· Candidates who are unemployed for 4-6 months may not expect any or minimum 5% hike.

· Kindly refrain from sharing any profile whose CIBIL score is below 650: has a loan with Bandhan(direct ‘as a guarantor): has a business loan KCC (any form).

· Candidates have to be local and must meet minimum corporate standard. Relocation is not encouraged.

· Candidate must have 2-wheeler and Driving License.

· Compensation: 2LPA – 4 LPA
