Compliance Manager – Insurance

Experience: 6–7 years
Preferred Industry: Insurance / Health Insurance / Banking / NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor IRDAI regulations, circulars and regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
• Provide compliance advisory to Business and support functions.
• Review products, processes and business documents for regulatory compliance.
• Manage IRDAI correspondence, regulatory reporting, queries and inspections.
• Conduct compliance monitoring, identify gaps and track Compliance Action Plans (CAPs) to closure.
• Maintain compliance policies, SOPs, registers, trackers and governance documentation.
• Conduct compliance training and awareness programs.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews and strategic compliance initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 6–7 years of experience in Compliance / Regulatory Affairs / Risk / Legal Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations, Insurance Act and corporate governance.
• Insurance/Health Insurance experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, drafting and documentation skills.
• LLB / CS / CA / MBA preferred.
