1. Relationship Officer (RO) - EEB

Position Summary: The Relationship Officer (RO) is responsible for developing and managing group loan portfolios within the assigned area. This role involves identifying new leads, forming and nurturing customer groups, ensuring efficient loan disbursement, and maintaining excellent collection standards to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective customers and create new groups in the designated area to expand the group loan portfolio.

• Conduct daily group meetings to educate and generate awareness about group loan products. • Facilitate the admission of new customers into existing groups and assist them in loan application processes.

• Meet business targets related to group loans and ensure high collection efficiency, maintaining 100% installment collection standards.

• Conduct field visits to verify customer business locations, assess household income, and validate addresses.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date group loan registers and documentation on a daily basis.

• Monitor the quality of the group loan portfolio and take proactive measures to maintain a healthy loan book.

• Perform thorough field verification and ensure compliance with KYC requirements prior to loan disbursement.

• Conduct end-use verification post-disbursement to ensure proper utilization of loans.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote continued business and loyalty.

2. Trainee Relationship Executive (TRE)-SBAL - EEB

Job Description:

• Sourcing, assessing and recommending Individual Loan applications as per eligibility criteria for the loan.

• Filling loan form/House visit and doing Household Income Assessment for the eligible customers as per the guided norms of the Bank.

• Account processing of eligible customers.

• Increasing the portfolio of SBAL Loan as per targets allotted and as per strategic goals of the bank.

• Providing hassle-free service regarding loan process to customers and upholding service standards of the bank.

• Ensuring timely repayment collection from SBAL Loan customers in order to maintain good portfolio quality with FTD collection 90%.

• End-use verification of disbursed SBAL Loans within stipulated timelines.

• Proactively take initiatives to solve all SBAL customers’ grievances as per Bank’s guidance.

• Timely update of all SBAL registers available in the BU and properly preserving the disbursed loan forms and other documents.

Job Requirements

· Education: Minimum HSC equivalent (any stream).

· Experience or Fresher

o Minimum 6 Months in financial sector / loan department / micro-banking.

o Gender: Male & Female If she willing to work (as per field job nature).

· Language: Must be fluent in regional/local language of the posted area.

· Mobility: Must own a bike and possess a valid Driving License.

· Location: Residential posting – candidates must be from the same area/location of posting.

• Mandatory Docs: PAN, Aadhar, Education Marksheet, Jharkhand Residential Certificate.
• Candidate should be from Jharkhand state only, other state candidates will not be considered.
• Freshers preferred.

Office Timing:

o Starts at 7:30 AM

o Week Off: Sunday & 2nd + 4th Saturday, Banking Holiday.

Salary

· As per company norms, Rs.20,300/- gross for Fresher

• For experienced try to close within Rs.20,300/- gross.
• Rs.3 per KM upto Rs.3,500/- for fuel.
• Negotiable based on experience and location.
