Experience - Preference will be given to Freshers. Min 3 years of experience in MFL/NBFC or small Finance Bank. Strong experience in collections/recovery, preferably in Small Business Loan, Agri Loan, MSME, or secured asset portfolios.

Grade - Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive

Salary Range - 17200 (Fresher) , Max 20,000 (Experienced) ( Gross )

Job Purpose / Role Summary:

The Collection Executive – Recovery (SBAL) is responsible for managing recovery and collection activities for Small Business and Agri Loan (SBAL) accounts within the assigned portfolio/territory. The role involves conducting field visits, interacting with borrowers, monitoring overdue accounts, negotiating repayment arrangements, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining customer relationships and adherence to Bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Main Accountabilities:

• Achievement of monthly recovery and collection targets as assigned.
• Control slippages from SMA-2 to NPA and reduction of overdue accounts.
• Ensure reduction in NPA and write-off accounts as per recovery objectives.
• Conduct regular field visits to delinquent and overdue SBAL customer accounts.
• Daily monitoring and follow-up of allocated Small Business and Agri Loan portfolio.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with borrowers as per policy guidelines.
• Maintain adherence to the Bank’s Code of Conduct and ethical recovery practices.
• Ensure proper cash handling and timely cash deposition wherever applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, field visits, and recovery status.
• Coordinate with Cluster Head and legal teams for escalation and legal recovery actions whenever required.
• Support prompt customer service and complaint resolution during recovery activities.
