The quality and volume of profiles received in the recent drives have been significantly below expectations.

Despite multiple communications and detailed screening instructions, we continue to receive profiles with communication gaps, irrelevant experience, compensation mismatches, and unconfirmed interview availability.

With 40+ critical open positions, we require aggressive sourcing, strong ownership, and quality-focused screening from you.

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Candidates must be fluent, confident, articulate, and professional.
• Any candidate failing the communication assessment must be rejected at the screening stage itself.
• Relevant Insurance/Banca Sales experience is mandatory.
• Compensation expectations must be validated before submission.
• Interview availability must be confirmed.
• Share only genuinely interested and interview-ready candidates.
