Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales and market development for wood coating products across assigned territories.
2. Develop new business opportunities in retail and OEM segments.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key OEMs, furniture manufacturers, dealers, and distributors.
4. Promote premium wood coating products and expand market penetration.
5. Support channel network expansion and strengthen dealer relationships.
6. Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to achieve business targets.
7. Plan and execute product launches, promotional activities, and sales schemes.
8. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
9. Monitor sales performance, volume growth, and target achievement.
