Job Description:
• The member is required to independently carry the Concurrent Audit of disbursed files of BBG, MMG,
FIG, LAP and Agri segments on the basis of physical /scanned documents in line with sanction terms,
internal policies, process notes, Stamp act, RBI circulars and other applicable laws and identify control
gaps, operational risks, policy deviations and process inefficiencies.
• Evaluate effectiveness of key controls across the loan life cycle.
• Highlight potential fraud indicators, irregularities and early warning signals.
• Resolve queries with respect to disbursements from various stakeholders.
• Tracking of deferrals & PDD compliances.
• Audit of inland trade finance products.
• Process audits.
• Other works/audits allotted on the basis of management / business/ risk-based requirements
Certifications Required:
• CA (Qualified or semi-qualified)
• CMA (Qualified or semi-qualified)
• CS (Qualified or semi-qualified)
• MBA (Finance)
Desired Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of SME, LAP, Agri and FIG credit processes.
• Knowledge of RBI regulations and banking audit practices.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and credit appraisal notes.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Risk-based audit approach and analytical mindset.
• Attention to detail with the ability to identify root causes and systemic issues.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
