Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new product development and end-to-end product launches.
• Scale business across E-commerce and Quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and Blinkit.
• Lead performance marketing, customer acquisition, and influencer marketing initiatives.
• Own business P&L, pricing, promotional strategies, and profitability.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve brand visibility, conversions, and revenue growth.
