Key Requirements:

· Experience: 10–15 years of relevant sales experience. (2-3 years of ASM role)

· Education: MBA from a Tier 1/2 B-school.

· Age: Preferably 33–38 years; candidates up to 40 years may be considered based on profile suitability.

· CTC Budget: ₹35–40 LPA.

Additional Consideration: Candidates from Tier 1 B-schools with less than 10 years of experience may also be considered for the RSDM role, subject to profile relevance.
